QuickBooks — automatic sync (recommended): since every payment runs through Square,
connect Square inside QuickBooks once and all revenue flows into your books automatically:
QuickBooks → Apps → search "Connect to Square" (by Intuit) → Get app now → sign in to Square → done.
After that, this page is your quick view and the CSV is your backup/manual import.
Statuses come live from your Square account (refreshed every minute). "Collected revenue" counts only invoices Square marks PAID — the number that matters for taxes.
